Devolver Digital has revealed that Facebook rejected a launch trailer ad for lush-looking Nintendo Switch and PC title Gris, due to its 'sexually suggestive' nature.
The publisher wasn't too impressed with Facebook's reasoning (you can judge for yourself by looking at the image below), and confirmed to Kotaku that it made a failed attempt to appeal the ban.
Gris was released on December 13, 2018 and was developed by Nomada Studio, a Spanish indie outfit. Colm took the game for a spin, and while he didn't think it was totally naff, the story failed to strike much of a chord with him.
