The Special edition will include a DVD containing “The Introduction” and Rockstar’s debut documentary film “Sunday Driver.” The Special Edition will hit North American stores on October 18th and is rated M for Mature by the ESRB.
“The Introduction” is told from various characters’ viewpoints and covers the events in the days prior to the story in San Andreas. The documentary film “Sunday Driver” chronicles the Compton/Watts chapter of California’s low rider car club, The Majestics, and looks into the origin of the club and what it means to be a Majestic and build the ultimate customised vehicles.
“Sunday Driver” will also be released separately on the PSP’s UMD format.
Rockstar is currently unable to offer any information on a European special edition release.
