Golden Axe for next-gen is in development at Secret Level, and tells the story of a small band of Riders, embarking on an epic adventure to recruit allies, expose the enemy and prevent the annihilation of their breed. Enter into battle either on foot or on the back of ferocious beasts, and use magic, wit and just brute force to defeat the enemy.

Golden Axe is slated for release in 2007 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
