Sony released the official God of War TV spot in the US over the weekend during an episode of Family Guy, giving Kratos a chance to flex his CG-pumped muscles as he teaches his young son ‘why we fight.’
God of War is inching closer to its release next month on PS4, so it’s understandable that Sony is starting to ramp up its marketing efforts for what is easily one of the biggest games of the year, let alone for that platform.Â
Those of you who have yet to jump on the current-generation bandwagon might want to check out the limited edition God of War PS4 Pro bundle, which does exactly what it says on the tin while looking the business to boot.Â
Pleasingly, Sony’s epic Norse-themed action-adventure game won’t feature any microtransactions. God of War is due for release exclusively on PS4 from April 20.Â
