A second God of War collection, including PSP games Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta, is heading to PlayStation 3 with HD visuals and enhanced graphics.

According to a press release issued by Sony Computer Entertainment Taiwan (SCET), the single-disc collection will feature both English and Chinese languages, although an announcement of a Western release has yet to be made.

There’s also no word on whether the package will feature trophy support, but it wouldn’t be surprising given that the HD PlayStation 2 remakes did. More information will surface when Sony Computer Entertainment Europe confirm the release.

With both PSP titles on the way, the PlayStation 3 will boast the entire God of War collection – including HD updates of the original PlayStation 2 titles. Ready at Dawn’s portable offerings were both critically successful, with VideoGamer issuing Ghost of Sparta a respectable 7, and Chains of Olympus an impressive 9.
