God of War developer Sony Santa Monica Studio has revealed its future plans for the epic PlayStation 4 daddy adventure, with a number of updates currently in the pipeline.

One of the biggest patches will of course bring the Photo Mode, which is perhaps most significant as it allows you to actually make Kratos smile while not looking seriously awkward like Arnie did in that deleted scene from Terminator 2: Judgement Day. There's no word on when it'll arrive, but hopefully we'll find out soon.

Text size has been a bit of a pain since God of War's release, so the team are looking to offer a 'global increase to text size in all menus and subtitles.' In addition, it's looking to stomp down on an issue with selecting New Game, which resulted in some dialogue missing and progression being blocked unless you shut down the game and re-launch.

Finally, the development team will also be looking to iron out a number of crashes and other bugs present in the game.

God of War was released exclusively for PS4 on April 20, and in case you missed it has a pretty neat Avengers Infinity War Easter egg.
