The God of War: Ascension Multiplayer Beta will launch for PS Plus on PS3 on January 9, 2013, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has announced.
The beta will feature Team Favour Rush mode, God of War’s twist on Team Deathmatch. Here players will fight to reach the requisite number of favour points from the Gods, to unlock new customisation options for their Gladiator.
A single-player version of Favour Rush will also be available, designed for warriors who like to go it alone.
God of War: Ascension will be released March 15, 2013.
