According to Kotaku, a new trailer shown by Capcom Japan today has revealed the guest appearances of Gears of War stars Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago in upcoming action title Lost Planet 2.
It’s understood that the Gears duo will be available as exclusive downloadable characters only in the Xbox 360 game, and will not be present in the game’s story.
Last night Epic’s Cliff Bleszinski tweeted that some “kick ass news” was incoming – we assume this is what he was talking about.
Lost Planet 2 has been confirmed for release on May 18.
