Microsoft will offer visitors to the Gadget Show Live the first opportunity to play a new mode within the Gears of War 3 beta, GAME has announced.
Gears of War 3 Team Deathmatch will be available in the 18+ area of the Game Zone and will give gamers a chance to play ahead of the full beta which goes live on April 25.
Neil Ashurst, head of UK PR for GAME said: “Gears of War is one of the most popular game franchises and we’re delighted to have teamed up with Microsoft to offer this unique opportunity to Gadget Show Live visitors. There is already great demand ahead of the full release and we’re confident that enabling gamers to play Team Deathmatch, one of the game’s three new modes, will further whet our customers’ appetites.”
The Gadget Show Live is taking place at the NEC, Birmingham between April 13 and 17. Pre-order Gears of War 3 from GAME or Gamestation to receive access to the beta on April 25.
