For the week of November 10, the top Xbox 360 title based on unique users logging onto Xbox LIVE was Gears of War 2. Nothing too surprising about that. The game launched worldwide on November 7.
Following Gears 2 are Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3, with Call of Duty: World at War a new entry at No.4. It’ll be interesting to see how the game fares next week with a full seven days of LIVE activity. Impressively, Valve’s Left 4 Dead demo appears at No.5 in the chart, followed by Fable II, GTA 4, Fallout 3, Madden NFL 09 and the original Gears of War.
Over the same period the most purchased Xbox LIVE Arcade title was Worms, benefiting from a new lower price. Portal: Still Alive was second, Castle Crashers third, Vigilante 8: Arcade fourth and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (another game with a price drop) in fifth place.
