Game Boy Advance titles will begin rolling out on Wii U Virtual Console from April, Nintendo has announced.
The first wave of titles due to hit the service include handheld classic Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3, comedy-RPG Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, and action-adventure Metroid Fusion, with more to follow at a later date.
The addition of Game Boy Advance brings the total number of platforms supported on Wii U Virtual Console to five, with support for Nintendo 64 and Nintendo DS expected to be introduced in the future.
