Nuketown, Call of Duty: Black Ops’ most popular multiplayer map, is to be re-imagined as Nuketown 2025 in Black Ops 2, reports IGN.

The map will be given away for free to those who pre-order the game, according to an ad spotted at Irish retailer Xtravision.

The ad calls Nuketown 2025 “the biggest incentive in Call of Duty history”.

There’s no info on how the map has been re-imagined with a futuristic spin.

It’s not clear how Microsoft’s DLC agreement with Activision will affect the release of Nuketown 2025 on PS3 and PC, but the advert doesn’t specify it’s exclusive to Xbox 360.
