Cheap Ass Gamer’s head honcho CheapyD will soon be your homie thanks to some free Saints Row: The Third DLC.
Cheapy, a huge fan of the series, won the opportunity to star in the game after placing a winning $1725 bid in a charity auction for the Ashley Ames foundation last summer.
“Even if I bought my way in,” says Cheapy, “it’s still an incredible honour for me to be included in this outstanding video game. Working with the Volition guys has been awesome and I really hope I have the opportunity to do so again.”
The update will be available from whatever day your platform of choice chooses to refresh its digital storefronts this week. Xbox 360 users will be required to download the free Genkibowl VII Viewer Pack or the 560MSP Genkibowl VII DLC; PS3 users will just need to download the free CheapyD DLC; and Steam users will get him automagically inside a compatibility patch on January 17.
