Leveling up in Fortnite has just become extremely easy thanks to a new XP boost. Earning levels in Chapter 6 has always been easy, and many players have already hit level 100 in Season 4. However, the latest update made this task much faster, allowing everyone to quickly increase their level.

For the first time, Fortnite enabled an unlimited XP boost. This means that, even if you are level 300, you can quickly boost your level as long as you actively play. The only negative thing is that this is a limited-time event, and you only have a couple of days to take advantage of it.

How to get double XP in Fortnite?

To celebrate the FNCS Championship, Epic Games has turned on double XP all weekend long. This is a rare event that will allow you to get a massive amount of experience for your Battle Pass. It’s a great opportunity to get a ton of rewards and finish the seasonal pass without much effort.

In the past, Epic released XP boost events that were limited to a couple of levels. Essentially, players would receive a leveling boost for their first five levels in the event, then it would disappear. This time, that is not the case, as the double XP lasts all weekend long.

Epic hasn’t specified when exactly the double XP event will end, only that it’s available during the weekend. Due to this, the boost will likely stop on Monday at 9 AM Eastern Time.

On top of the huge XP boost, several playlists have gotten major changes. In Battle Royale, the developers have brought back “Thunderpumping,” which brings back Grapple Gloves and Pump Shotguns into the loot pool. Reload has a 100% spawn chance on Rare chests, while Blitz players now start the match with Mythic melee weapons.
