Fortnite‘s currently ongoing Chapter 2 Season 7 will come to a close next week with an event titled Operation: Sky Fire, it’s been announced.

Epic Games has revealed the battle royale shooter’s latest live event will take place at 9pm UK time on September 12. While details are vague, players are told they’ll be joining a strike team to sneak aboard the alien mothership. Said mothership first arrived at the start of this Invasion season, and it’s time to take it down. The event playlist will be available 30 minutes before things kick off.

Any Epic Quests or Alien Artefacts should be completed before the event starts and exchanged for Battle Stars. Any remaining in your inventory after the date will be automatically redeemed. Superman’s Quests will also need to be redeemed before the event kicks off too if you want his Glider, Pickaxe and Shadow style. However, any non-Battle Pass quests, such as those for LeBron James, will carry over.

Before then, Fortnite’s latest tie-in with Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings arrives today. You can pick up Shang-Chi’s outfit from the item store right now.

Fortnite Operation: Sky Fire kicks off at 9pm UK time on Sunday, September 12.
