Epic Games has just enabled a massive Supercharged XP event in Fortnite, giving everyone a chance to level up their Battle Pass much faster. Considering that we are still in the first week of Chapter 7, this is a perfect opportunity to get a head start and unlock numerous rewards.
The XP boost is already live, so you don’t have to wait to start earning those Battle Pass rewards. It’s time to jump back on the Battle Pass and earn quick XP. However, keep in mind that the event is active for a limited time, as it’s set to expire on Monday, December 8. Furthermore, the Supercharged XP is capped, which means that you won’t be able to get unlimited levels from it.
How to use Supercharged XP boost in Fortnite?
The Supercharged XP has been automatically enabled for everyone, so there is no action required from you. Next time you get into the match, you’ll earn significantly more XP by performing in-game actions, such as opening chests or getting eliminations.
It’s important to note that you will not get any bonus XP from challenges. If a quest rewards you 20,000 XP, you will get the same reward from it, whether you have the boost or not.
The event kicked off today, Friday, December 5, at 9 AM ET. You will be able to use it until Monday, December 8, at 9 AM ET. After this, the XP boost will be disabled. Furthermore, you can run out of it after you level up a few times.
A recent Fortnite update buffed the spawn rate of chests, which will help you use the new XP boost. Since chests now spawn more often, make sure you open them, as you can get a few hundred XP in just a second. Additionally, you can enter bot lobbies in Fortnite. These lobbies have weak AI-controlled opponents, allowing you to get quick and easy eliminations.
