With Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 coming in a few days, Epic Games just teased its map. Once again, the island will go through major changes, adding new locations and replacing old ones. The trailer for the new season showed us a few new locations, while a new teaser confirmed them. More specifically, the teaser shows where these new locations are going to be.

In this article, we will take a look at the latest Fortnite map teaser. We will also reveal the locations that will be removed in Season 4, so keep in mind that the article contains spoilers.

The Fortnite Season 4 map was teased by Epic Games

On Monday morning, Epic Games released a teaser image for the updated Fortnite map. This map will go live later this week, as the new season comes out on Thursday night. While the teaser doesn’t reveal any new locations, it shows their position on the island. Furthermore, we were able to see new POIs in the trailer that was shown during the D23 live stream.

“Every place has a story. And every story is undiscovered… for now,” the Fortnite developer posted on X (formerly Twitter). The post also included an image of the new map, with fog covering new places.

Judging from the image, these are some of the locations that will change:

  • Lavish Lair
  • Pleasant Piazza
  • Classy Courts

In addition to this, many smaller places on the Fortnite map will also be updated in Season 4. The teaser image doesn’t show the southern part of the island, which has the most recent additions, such as Brutal Beachhead and Redline Rig. However, considering that this area was affected by a pipeline explosion in the last live event, we expect it to change as well.
