Fortnite players are always on the lookout for free cosmetic items and V-Bucks that they can claim to grow their locker collection. Cosmetics in the game aren’t just a means for users to play the game as their favorite character, it’s also a social symbol for many who like to flaunt their collection.
It is quite rare that Epic grants players free items in the game, given its economy is highly driven by V-Bucks and in-game purchases of collab skins. However recently to commemorate the late rapper Juice WRLD, Fortnite is giving away players a free Slayer Juice WRLD skin.
While the reward is tempting and attractive to fans, they’re confused about not being able to see the free skin in their locker, despite following the necessary steps.
Why is the free Juice WRLD skin missing from your locker?
Fortnite is now allowing players to claim the free cel-shaded Slayer Juice WRLD Outfit to those who log in between 9 AM ET on November 25 and 10 PM ET on November 30.
However, despite logging in, several players have expressed concern about the skin not appearing in their locker. One such player wrote, “I loaded onto Fortnite, obviously to play the game, but I also expect to get the free Juice WRLD skin. And, I never received it. However, everyone else has it and I’ve seen it multiple times in games and streams.”
If you too are facing such an issue, you should wait until 24 hours after you’ve logged in to the game between the given time period. You’ll receive the free outfit the next day automatically in your locker.
Jump into Fortnite at any point during these five days to receive the following items in your Locker:
- Slayer Juice WRLD Outfit
- 999 Knives Pickaxe
- 999 Knives Back Bling
- Adventure, Remix’d Loading Screen
- Number One Remix Loading Screen
