Flappy Bird is 2014’s most searched for game of 2014, according to data released by Google.

Search traffic for the stupidly popular pipe-avoider reached its peak on February 9.

To put the popularity of Flappy Bird into wider context, the game was the sixth biggest search term worldwide, behind only Robin Williams, World Cup, Ebola, Malaysia Airlines and ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Disney’s Frozen ranked at No.9.

Following Flappy Bird in Google search rankings were 2048, FIFA 15, Destiny and Titanfall.

“A game made in a weekend topped the most expensive one in history,” said Google. “After seven years in development, Destiny made record sales upon its release. Although it was the most expensive game ever made, it was outdone in searches by 2048 and Flappy Bird – games made by one person in no more than three days.”

And here’s something for fanboys to sink their teeth into. The search term “PS4 Destiny” was twice as popular as “Destiny Xbox” and “Xbox One Destiny”.
