Star Wars Battlefront 2 has undergone a lot of unexpected changes over the last week or so, but the first official patch has now arrived. It doesn’t make any more changes to the progression system, but it fixes a bunch of annoying bugs – including one that caused Rey’s lightsaber to disappear.
Patch 0.2 also slightly alters the spawn points on Tatooine and fixes some collision and clipping issues, both in the single player campaign and in the multiplayer. This patch also fixes the loading screen bug that freezes the campaign, and the bug that freezes the game if you try and pause at the wrong point in a zone transition.
This patch doesn’t make any massive changes, but it’s worth having to get rid of a few annoying niggles. If any more major changes are made to the Star Cards or progression systems we’ll give you a shout.
