Square Enix has announced that ‘All the Trappings’ DLC will be released for Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light on Xbox LIVE Arcade tomorrow.
The new content will be offered as a free download for 30 days and features a brand new area with a mix of puzzles, exploration and combat.
In addition, Square Enix will also release the promised free co-op update, enabling players to tackle the game with a friend over Xbox LIVE.
The co-op and DLC update for PlayStation 3 and PC players will be coming soon.
The co-op update has been a long-time coming, so it’s a good move by Square Enix to combat any negativity by offering the first DLC for free.
The updates also provide a marketing angle to give the game a second push in the hope of attracting gamers who missed Lara’s adventure the first time around.
