iPhone developer Firemint has announced it is bringing an “optimised and re-imagined version” of hit iPhone game Flight Control to iPad.
The current app works just fine on the iPad, said the developer, but it wants to ensure fans get the best possible experience with a new version.
“The iPad announcement and Apple’s A4 chip have come at a fantastic time for us,” explained a statement from the studio. “We are working on some incredibly fun and exciting games that will look amazing on iPad and take full advantage of its features, as well as working brilliantly on iPhone and iPod touch.”
In addition to Flight Control, Firemint is also known for its racing simulation Real Racing.
