A PS4 beta for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn beta will begin on February 22, 2014, Square Enix has announced.
Furthermore, those who are currently playing the PS3 version of A Realm Reborn will not have to re-buy the game on PS4 and will be able to transition to playing on the new console at no additional cost, carrying over their character data.
Further information on the PS4 beta tests and the PS4 version transition service will be released soon.
PS4 launches in the UK on November 29. FFXIV: A Realm Reborn is currently available on PC and PS3.
