An online ad for Final Fantasy XIII appears to have confirmed the game’s Japanese release date as December 17, 2009.
Square Enix had begun an online ad campaign for the game on YouTube Japan, with the ad teasing the game’s release – no date was shown. However, after changing the url of the ad to include the word “after” as opposed to “before”, the December 17 date was revealed.
Expect an official announcement from Square Enix very soon.
