The Final Fantasy XIII trilogy is heading to PC, Square Enix has confirmed, beginning with the release of the original Final Fantasy XIII on October 9.
Pre-order it on Steam and you’ll save yourself 10 per cent, knocking the price down from £10.99 to £9.89. Prices and release dates for Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Final Fantasy XIII: Lightning Returns have yet to be confirmed, although Square says that both of them will release by spring 2015.
Confirmation of a PC release follows rumours earlier this week after a Steam logo was spotted on the game’s official website.
PC specific features have yet to be announced.
