FEZ, the wonderful looking 2D/3D puzzler from Polytron, will be released April 13 on Xbox LIVE Arcade, priced 800 MS Points, the developer has announced.
The game stars Gomez, a 2D creature on a voyage of discovery into a mysterious 3rd dimension. Players must change perspective and look at the world in a different way in order to progress through the game.
There is no conflict in FEZ, meaning there are no enemies, no bosses and no combat. You can die, but there is no penalty for doing so, with the goal to create a non-threatening world to explore and spend time in.
Interestingly, April 13 means the game hits XBLA on a Friday, five days before the equally anticipated Trials Evolution.
