Jennifer Hale, the voice of Femshep, has revealed she has not currently been approached by BioWare to make any changes to Mass Effect 3’s contentious ending.

Hale confirmed to Edge that she has not currently been asked to record additional dialogue for any of the game’s upcoming “initiatives” to clarify the ending, and that she’s still not quite accepted the fact that her work on the Mass Effect series might be over.

“I prefer to live in denial about it because it makes me too sad,” said Hale.

BioWare co-founder Ray Muzyka said the developer was currently “hard at work on a number of game content initiatives that will help answer the questions, providing more clarity for those seeking further closure to their journey.”

BioWare has “been thinking hard about how to best address the comments on ME3’s endings from players, while still maintaining the artistic integrity of the game.”

Muzyka has also said that we’ll hear more in April. Wait a second, it’s April right now!

BioWare is conducting a Mass Effect 3 panel at PAX East this Friday. Might we find something out then?

I chuffing love Mass Effect.
