Futuristic racer Fast Racing Neo will be available to download from the Wii U eShop next Thursday, December 10 for £10.99, developer Shin’en has announced.

The Wii U exclusive puts players behind the wheel of blisteringly fast anti-grav ships as they race around futuristic tracks, and is likely the closest thing Wii U players will get to a new F-Zero game.

16 tracks will be available at launch, including an icy forest and high-tech metropolis, along with support for both 4-player split-screen local multiplayer and 8-player online multiplayer. Both traditional and motion controls are supported, too, and if you’re one of those players who prefers to play directly on the Wii U GamePad, Off-TV play is thrown in as well.
