Bethesda is committed to making Fallout 76 better. When it launched last year, people weren't too happy with, well, pretty much everything. Now, the folks at Bethesda are trying to get people back on side with updates like Nuclear Winter, which adds a 52-player battle royale mode.

During Bethesda's E3 show, it seemed like there was going to be a week long beta for the battle royale mode, but an update to the Bethesda blog now reveals that there's no plans to end the beta any time soon:

'With all the excitement and popularity, we wanted to let you know that the pre-beta sneak peek of Nuclear Winter will remain on and continue to receive updates, so keep sharing your feedback. There’s more to come! Thank you again for playing, sharing, and being the best community there is.'

One aspect of Fallout 76 people weren't too pleased with was how little there was to do. The Wastelanders update, coming later this year, looks to fix that with NPCs and quests. It'd be nice if it could turn into the game that fans had in their heads when it was revealed.
