Evolve’s downloadable content plans have been revealed by 2K and Turtle Rock Studios, confirming the identity of the game’s fourth monster as Behemoth.
The £19.99 Hunting Season Pass will be available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, offering access to four new playable Hunter characters beginning this spring, and three exclusive Monster Skins at launch. 2K says this content costs £25.99 bought outside of the pass.
The Hunting Season Pass will also be included in the newly announced Digital Deluxe Edition on PS4, Xbox One and PC, plus the Monster Race Edition for PC.
Behemoth is described as a tank of a Monster that becomes a giant, destructive boulder and rolls through the environment for quick traversal. The monster will be priced $14.99 or is free as part of the Monster Expansion Pack for those who pre-order or pre-purchase Evolve.
A fifth playable monster has also been confirmed as a 30-day timed exclusive for the PC Monster Race Edition. A release date hasn’t been announced.

The Digital Deluxe Edition actually seems like good value, especially given that digital game pricing on consoles is typically in the high forties. That you’re getting the season pass thrown in for a price of only £46.99 is pretty good.
Sadly 2K appears to have handled the season pass really badly. We’ve seen extra DLC offered by publishers after a season pass has ended, but 2K has already confirmed that Hunter characters five and six, plus a fifth monster won’t be included in the season pass.
