Evil Within 2 appears to be in development, with a release date possible for later this this year, a Japanese job listing has revealed.
Posted on NeoGAF by Dusk Golem, the job spec is for a translator and Q&A position for Psycho Break 2 at Tango Gameworks. Psycho Break is the Japanese title for Evil Within. PS4 and Xbox One platforms are listed.
The job is a contract running April 10 until October 31, and given the nature of the role, we could be looking at a release as soon as this holiday season, or early in 2018.
Tango Gameworks is known to have been working on a new game project for several years, having previously been looking for people with experience in Unreal Engine and multiplayer. The two projects may not, however, be the same.
