EVE Online users can now add custom videos to the flatscreen monitor available in their Captain’s Quarters, according to the most recent CCP dev blog.
Players must first convert videos into .BIK file format and then drop the files into the game cache’s CQScreenVideos folder to access the videos in-game.
The recent Incarna expansion to EVE Online allowed players to take their avatars out of their ship and into the newly made Captain’s Quarters for the first time in the series.
