The feature page for EVE Online’s upcoming patch, Crucible 1.1, has been released and includes a thorough list of what users should expect once the update releases January 24.
Included in the update is the new fuel block system for player-owned starbases, a large-scale update to neocom, as well as a re-balance of Tech 2 assault frigates and the introduction of alliance to faction warfare.
Additionally, changes are being made to boost all Null blaster ammo while new deadspace invulnerability fields are being made available for shield users.
This follows the recent publication of discussions between CCP and EVE Online’s Council of Stellar Management, which laid out the studio’s plans for the MMO’s future and highlighted the company’s regrets throughout the last year.
