New live event plotlines are in the works for EVE Online, according to a recent developer blog on the official EVE Online website.
Developer CCP Headfirst wrote: “At least one of them already in its initial stages of deployment.”
The live events will all be rolled out simultaneously, and include several new stories that will feature some “in-depth historical revelations”.
These events are likely to rear their head in the summer, however, no exact date has been announced.
EVE Online was originally released in 2003 and has developed an outspoken community of PC fans. An upcoming game set in the Eve world, Dust 514, is currently being developed as a PS3 exclusive.
