The official Enemy Territory: Quake Wars website has launched. The site contains information on the game and, more excitingly, the trailer which was shown at this year’s E3. Enemy Territory is being developed by Splash Damage and id Software with an expected release some time in 2006. The game looks to be a futuristic Battlefield-like team-based shooter.
In related news it would seem that yesterday marked nine years since the original Quake was launched. Quake, first released back in 1996, has since seen two sequels with a third, imaginatively titled Quake 4, due this winter on PC and Xbox 360.
