News of the PlayStation 3 version came via Famitsu, where the game’s developers discussed the possibility, but now it seems that a PS3 version is most definitely on the way. The game’s website is now plastered with the PlayStation 3 logo and a 2006 release date.
The game was released as Enchant Arm in Japan, but was picked up by Ubisoft for release in Europe and given the title Enchanted Arms. Given the poor sales of the Xbox 360 in Japan it’s no surprise to see the title heading to the PS3, and the lack of RPGs at the launch of the system should guarantee it some success.
At the moment there’s no information on how, if at all, the PlayStation 3 version will differ from the Xbox 360 game.
