Eidos will also market the game in Europe, with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment handling marketing in North America. The game is in development at Snowblind Studios and is a mix of action adventure with some role-playing character customization. Plenty of characters will be present in the game, including Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Zatanna and other unlockable Justice League super heroes.

Each of the characters features a range of upgradeable super powers, which players will have to master as they travel through the game’s destructible environments.

With the addition of Justice League Heroes to Eidos’ portfolio of products, featuring Lara Croft and Agent 47, we are creating a formidable line-up for gamers that will now include playing as Superman, Batman and the other super heroes,” said Jane Cavanagh, Chief Executive, Eidos Interactive.

Justice League Heroes is scheduled for release in the autumn for the PlayStation 2, PSP and Xbox.
