EA’s announced FIFA 20 and the new Volta Football mode looks like FIFA Street

During last night's EA Play, the publisher announced that FIFA 20 is real and is out on September 27 on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. Nintendo Switch players will be able to buy something called the Legacy Edition of FIFA 20, too, although we have no idea what that means.

What we do know is that there's a new mode called Volta Football, and it looks a lot like the old FIFA Street games, as you can see from the trailer below. In it, you can play 3v3, 4v4, 5v5, and futsal, across a number of different arenas. They had Rio Ferdinand say a load of things about it on their livestream and he's famous, so that's good.

FIFA 20 promises a number of changes to the long-running series such as, 'Authentic Game Flow, user-controlled Decisive Moments, and enhanced Ball Physics System.' Isn't that all very lovely?
