EA’s annual E3 briefing ‘The EA World Premiere: E3 2014 Preview’ will take place on Monday, June 9 at 8pm BST, the publisher has announced.

The 60 minute event will be broadcast live on Spike TV, and will also be streamed live at ea.com/e3, e3.spike.com, twitch.tv/e3 and other websites around the world.

Hosted by chief executive officer Andrew Wilson at the Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles, the live event promises to “feature never-before-seen content from EA’s upcoming games as well as sneak peeks at new projects and intellectual properties currently in development”.

During its overnight earnings call EA confirmed it will use the briefing to reveal a “major” new title due for release this autumn.
