EA has announced that it is entering the caged fighting genre, with the release of EA Sports MMA in 2010. According to head of EA Sports Peter Moore, MMA “will bring the EA Sports authenticity to one of the world’s fastest growing sports”.
The game is in development at EA’s Tiburon Studio, a team that has worked on many high profile sports games including Tiger Woods PGA Tour and Madden NFL.
