Techland has warned Dying Light players to expect a “radically” different game experience tomorrow, April 1, and to use “extreme caution when handling Antizin injections”.
The in-game event, which ties in with April Fools’ Day, will see players gifted super-human strength after injecting themselves with an infected batch of Antizin, providing them with excessive strength, severely altered motor skills and the “obsessive compulsive need to kick stuff”.
Basically, you’ll be able to kick zombies for miles.
“All undelivered Antizin crates have been destroyed, and we would like to assure the survivors that untainted drops will resume as of April 2nd,” said a spokesperson for the game’s Global Relief Effort. “We urge all the survivors to use extreme care when exhibiting symptoms of the contaminated Antizin injections.”
