Square Enix has announced that Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker will be released across PAL territories in early 2008, only on Nintendo DS.
Gamers are promised the ‘ultimate monster-hunting challenge’ with over 200 monsters to collect and battle against. Players will need to train their team, mastering spells, abilities and more so that they can defeat rival beasts. It will also be possible to create all-new monsters than can develop rare abilities.
In addition to the game’s single-player adventure, Joker will feature wireless multiplayer and online play: challenge your friends and their monster teams to local wireless battles or take part in the Wildcard World Cup via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.
Look out for Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker early in 2008.
