Square Enix has announced that the Zenithia Trilogy, which includes Dragon Quest: The Chapters of the Chosen, Dragon Quest: The Hand of the Heavenly Bride and Dragon Quest: Realms of Reverie is coming to Europe and PAL territories. The trilogy begins this September with the release of The Chapters of the Chosen exclusively for Nintendo DS.
“Dragon Quest: The Chapters of the Chosen is another excellent addition to the beloved Dragon Quest series,” said John Yamamoto, president and chief executive officer of Square Enix. “I hope that game players throughout Europe will enjoy the humour and excitement and look forward to future adventures.”
Based on classic Dragon Quest tales, each game has been enhanced and will boast 3D graphics, revamped audio, newly animated monsters and dual screen presentation with journeys that span the land, sea and sky.
In The Chapters of the Chosen, an update of the NES classic DQ IV, the story unfolds over five chapters, each introducing a new and unique character to the tale. The September release will mark the first appearance of a classic Dragon Quest adventure in Europe.
