Bandai Namco has released a new ‘cool’ and ‘hip’ trailer for the Nintendo Switch port of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, and it’s beyond cheese. It’s a lengthy affair weighing in at just over four minutes, but goes into detail on the modes contained within the game, such as the local multiplayer, tabletop, and TV modes. The undoubted highlight is the actors going through the motions for the game’s attack gestures.

To be fair, the Switch version of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 does look like it’ll be the best version of the game so far. Granted the trailer is in Japanese, but there’s a lot of gameplay in between the footage of actors pretending to play it while sitting around a coffee table.

Switch consoles can also be linked up for six-person local multiplayer (additional Switch consoles required), and individual Joy Con can also be used for the game’s two-player versus mode. In Xenoverse 2 the player takes part in the Dragon Ball saga by traveling through time and reliving historic moments from within the Dragon Ball universe.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is out on September 22 for Nintendo Switch. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 came out last year on the PS4, PC and Xbox One to a decent reception.
