Kickstarter investment for Double Fine’s adventure game project has now passed $2 million, and has another 22 days to raise even more money. 59,692 people have pledged a minimum of $1, but the majority have offered at least $15 which secures a free copy of the game DRM free.
Funding of the second million has slowed, but that’s too be expected, especially given the first million was raised in under 24 hours.
All this means that the project is now $1.6 million over the original $400,000 target. The adventure game will now boast extras such as English voice acting and versions for iOS and Android.
