There’s been no official announcement from Microsoft, but the UK’s official Xbox mag says that Double Dragon is on its way to Xbox Live Arcade.
In Double Dragon you fight your way through a series of levels set in a post Nuclear New York City in search of a kidnapped young woman. The evil behind the kidnapping is the organization known as the Black Warriors, and only a relentless series of punches and kicks will be enough to survive.
According to the magazine’s report, the game is only 12.65MB, but will feature Live co-op and the option to turn on enhanced graphics.
There’s no news on a release date just yet, and those hoping for a surprise today will be disappointed to find only a Texas Hold ’em patch. You’ll find a full run-down of changes here.
