Many of the new weapons from this year’s Doom have been added to goretastic mod Brutal Doom. Field drones can also be used to upgrade the weapons, though this is currently limited to shotgun and heavy assault rifle.
Players can also duel wield the majority of weapons.
Furthermore, Demon Runes can be obtained that turn players into a Baron of Hell or Revenant for a limited amount of time.
