Diablo 3 has now sold 15 million units on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3, shifting one million units in the quarter ending December 31, 2013, Activision Blizzard has announced.

“Diablo III, following its record-breaking success on the PC was the first Blizzard game to come to console in more than a decade, launching on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in 2013. And Diablo III ended the year with over 15 million units sold through cumulatively across all platforms, which (bodes) well for the upcoming launch of the Diablo III PC expansion pack in March,” said Robert Kotick, CEO, president and director during last night’s earnings call.

Diablo 3 expansion Reaper of Souls will be released worldwide for PC on March 25. A PS4 version is also in development.

Kotick also noted that for calendar year 2013, Blizzard’s StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm was the “number one PC title in North America”.
