Capcom has delivered a Devil Trigger-infused blow to any hopes of seeing new DLC for Devil May Cry 5, confirming development on the highly acclaimed hack-'n-slash title has wrapped.
Dante and chums' latest demon-slaying epic received one slice of DLC in the shape of the Bloody Palace mode, which has become expected of the series at this point. However, folk wanted more post-launch content, and there was hope at some stage we'd get new DLC featuring Trish and Lady as playable characters.
Unfortunately, this isn't going to be happening, as Capcom's Matt Walker explained in a conversation with fans on Twitter, which you can see below.
Devil May Cry 5 launched on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One back in March, and Josh absolutely loved it.
