Isotx has announced the development of Mideast Crisis 2, a total conversion for EA’s Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. The new game features three distinct factions: Israel Defence Forces, the Guardians of Islam and the UN Peacekeepers.

The total conversion will feature multiplayer and single-player game modes with maps and missions set from Beirut to Jerusalem. The gameplay will focus on occupation warfare within cities with players requiring three types of resource: money from occupation taxes, fuel from oil derricks and gas stations, and ammunition from ammo crates.

Isotx also notes that secondary resources in the form of embedded reporters, settlements and hacking will also feature.
